Research Of Leading Agricultural Enterprises’ Satisfaction Index Of Technological Innovation Policy In Jiangxi Province

As the main part of technological innovation, leading agricultural enterprises shoulderthe responsibility of promoting agricultural industrialization. Meanwhile, the developmentof enterprises is closely related to their ability of innovation, which is dependent on thesupport of government’s technological innovation policy. As a result, whether thoseenterprises are pleased with the policy, whether there exists problems in the process ofpolicy implementation and what factors would affect the enterprise’s satisfaction index areworthy paying close attention to.Under this background, this paper selects leading agricultural enterprises above thelevel in Jiangxi province as the research objects. On the basis of analyzing theimplementation of current technological innovation policy in Jiangxi province, firstly thispaper combines the satisfaction index research with four useful technological innovationpolicy instruments, namely financial subsidies, tax breaks, patent protection, and thegovernment procurement policy, therefore establishing a creative evaluation system toevaluate the satisfaction index of the technological innovation policy. By using factoranalysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper measures out the leadingenterprises’ satisfaction index of the four instruments as well as the innovation policy itself.It reaches the conclusion that the satisfaction index of leading agricultural enterprises tothe policy is above medium. And for the four instruments, patent protection policy acquiresthe highest score, which is followed by preferential tax, government procurement andsubsidies subsequently. Besides, we can draw the distribution of the satisfaction index inJiangxi province. Secondly, this paper uses Logistic regression analysis to explore theleading agricultural enterprise’s influencing factors on the satisfaction index of the policy.Finally, this article issues optimization suggestions for the technological innovation policyin Jiangxi province from four aspects: financial subsidies, tax breaks, patent protection,and government procurement policies.
