Study On Effect Of Rural Development In Different Way

Now, the rural area of China is developing rapidly. A variety of factors such as location, resources, economic foundation, historical and cultural background, make different countries on the development path of different. Thus, the development level of social and economic, and the influence degree of the environment are also different from country to country.Rural tourism is unanimously identified as an effective means to promote the development of the country, and it is highly praised by the world. In this paper, I main use the methods of literature review and on-the-spot investigation. And I combine theoretical research and empirical research on the basis of theories about rural development and tourism effect. What I want to discuss is the different comprehensive development effects caused by relying on tourism and traditional agriculture to drive rural areas’develop. The results show that the role of tourism is more important in promoting rural development by comparatively analysis.At present, the rural tourism development of Huangpi district in Wuhan is very prosperous. I have selected two towns in this area whose development path with typical characteristics as typical cases for this paper. Caidian town took the way that rely on travel to dominant rural development while Yaoji town always take the path to promote rural development dominated by agriculture, due to the differences in their tourism resources and land resources. Five years’later, there is a huge difference between the two towns in rural development effect.In terms of economic effect:in the process of Caidian areas’rural development, tourism has played a huge role in promoting employment, adjusting economic structure and increasing farmers’ income. And it is an effective way to drive the country out of poverty to get rich. However, the dynamic of Yaoji areas relying on agriculture to develop is obvious. All in all, the effect of rural development in the economic aspect about Caidian is better than Yaoji town.In terms of social and cultural effects:Tourism greatly improved the appearance of the countryside, the infrastructure and the villages’behavior, etc. What’s more, some bad morals are eased with the development of tourism to some extent. However, Yaoji town relying on agriculture to develop lags far behind than that of Caidian town. In a word, the effect of rural development in social and culture aspect about Caidian is strongly than Yaoji town.In the aspect of environmental effect:Tourism has played an important role in restoring homes, protecting resources and beautifying the environment, in the process of Caidian areas’rural development. At the same time, it is also produced a series of environmental problems. With the enhancing of tourists’requirements, it is imperative to protect the environment and the environment will be effectively improved. However, the change degree of Yaoji town relying on agriculture to develop is very smaller. Anyhow, the effect of rural development in the environment aspect about Caidian is clearly than Yaoji town.
