| With the rapid development of orient zeal and economic’s globalization, the country was changed. Rural banks are facing fierce competition. Advanced management systems are the foundation of a bank’s survival and development. Performance evaluation managemet, the key of the management systems, is a series of management activities that supervise the performance evaluation of every business department in the bank effectively and implement various encouraging measures subsequently.With the establishment of modern corporate governance structure and the completion of official listing, rural cooperative bank’s traditional performance evaluation managemena has no longer adapted to the modern financial enterprise system. It is urgent for Cixi rural cooperative bank to set up a well-knit and complete performance evaluation management to improve the business management reforms and transition, and it can quickly accommodate to the competition circumstance of the rural financial market.The paper first introduces many relevant concepts and studies at home and abroad. Then, based on the introduction, it makes a lot of analysis on Cixi rural cooperative bank’s performance evaluation management and points out the weakness of the existing system and the direction of the improvement. Although Cixi rural cooperative bank has already established a performance evaluation management with EVA at the core, it cannot evaluate performance based on outlet, product and department, and it does not cover financial and non-financial assessment index based on the bank’s strategic goals. The paper summarizes quotable advanced experience on the basis of the comparison of typical performance evaluation systems at home and abroad. Finally, using the methods of Balance Score Card (BSC) and managerial accounting theories, the author provides suggestions and detailed design to improve the performance evaluation system of Cixi rural cooperative bank. This paper builds up a multi-latitude of matrix management performance evaluation model in macro-aspects, designs all latitudes of management evaluation methods and assessment index systems in micro-aspects, aims at implement the real evaluation of the bank’s management performance, which implement the sustainable, balanced and comprehensive development after the evaluation and feedback of the performance of every business lines. |
