With the developing of staff performance evaluation of ShengLi Rural Cooperative Bank,the system of evaluations has accumulated a certain experience,and employee performance appraisal methods are becoming more and more diversified in business evaluation,target setting,and customer service.Domestic commercial banks in the current era of rapid development,the increasingly fierce competition for talent,do a good job of employee performance evaluation,formed by people a good education environment is very necessary.Although the current work of staff performance evaluation is becoming more and more perfect,but on the whole system is not strong enough;performance management goal is to complete the task oriented,not focus on staff management and training;performance evaluation of the content is not comprehensive enough,did not achieve full coverage;performance evaluation index of Library special not yet established in performance evaluation indicators,evaluation index is relatively decentralized.These factors restrict the ShengLi Rural Cooperative Bank staff performance evaluation and develop.Many domestic,foreign experts and scholars put forward many useful theory and unique views on employees' performance management.Through the research on the theory of Balanced Scorecard,performance Pyramid theory,360 degree performance evaluation theory and other aspects of theory,the author found that the ShengLi Rural Cooperative Bank staff performance evaluation in "the idea of performance evaluation,performance evaluation of frame structures,performance evaluation process design,performance evaluation standards for the construction" —four aspects to be improving.These four aspects complement,mutual supported each other,mutual integration,to form a whole,constitute the improvement direction of evaluation of ShengLi Rural Cooperative Bank performance system innovation.Along the direction,the design of ShengLi Rural Cooperative Bank's performance appraisal system,the human centered humanistic management determined for the system design concept,the "people" of culture and management as the core of the guiding ideology,to carry out the construction of performance evaluation system,and adhere to the "fair and open" and "matching strategy needs","comprehensive balanced development" and "meets the SMART and performance evaluation of dynamic" —5 principles of design,the ShengLi Rural Cooperative Bank staff performance evaluation system is divided into three levels of management,namely the executive layer,middle layer and business layer,hierarchical,classification and grading management on employee performance,and in accordance with the idea of classification management the establishment of library staff performance evaluation index.In order to ensure the effective implementation of employee performance appraisal system,ShengLi Rural Cooperative Bank need to vigorously support and the board of directors and senior management staff to actively promote,establish and improve the operation of safeguard measures,to provide supporting the implementation of security for the staff performance appraisal system of the sustained and stable and effective operation.
