Faced with the fact that China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the major social contradictions in our country have turned into a contradiction between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced development.The financial industry also needs to actively adapt to the demands of the new era.Docking imbalances are not fully developed contradictions.Xinjiang Shihezi Rural Cooperative Bank,as one of the pillars supporting the agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the Shihezi area,is an urgent need to consider how to improve the performance assessment of client managers as an important means of internal enhancement and gain a place in the increasingly fierce competition.This paper starts from performance appraisal and related theories of customer managers and analyzes the current situation of the performance evaluation of Xinjiang Shihezi Rural Cooperative Bank account managers,sorts out the main subjects,procedures,and contents of the evaluation of Xinjiang Shihezi rural cooperative bank account managers,and excavates the current customers of Xinjiang Shihezi rural cooperative bank.The problems and causes in the performance appraisal of managers include the lack of a solid foundation for assessment,backward concepts,and unscientific indicators systems.To solve these problems,we can establish correct management concepts,strengthen the construction of performance appraisal mechanisms,strengthen communication feedback,and improve assessments.Oversight,strengthening of information construction and other aspects should be improved.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of these improvement proposals,safeguard measures have also been proposed from the perspectives of understanding,goals,organization,and technology,which can provide a valuable reference for the settlement of performance assessment issues of Xinjiang Shihezi Rural Cooperative Bank.
