Parameter Study Of Ten Thousand Mu Orchard Logistics Center Planning

The orchard logistics center is an important part to the fruit standard garden. To the fruit standard garden created programs, Ministry of Agriculture explicit requirements the appropriate post-harvest handling facilities for fruit standard garden in order to meet the fruit grading, packing, labeling, storage, transportation and other post-harvest handling operations. It also suggests establishing the cold chain system and implements the entire cold storage for transportation, processing and marketing in areas where conditions permit. This requires that people should strengthen the planning and construction of logistics centers and improve the ability to fruit post-harvest in fruit standard garden.Under the hypothesis of the orchard business model, I analyzed the processes of the orchard logistics center, function zoning and layout. On this basis, I used the calculation method of the sub-functional areas, the method of job settings and segmentation, the calculation method of the equipment selection and civil engineering and analyzed the three parameters of the orchard logistics center which were occupied area,labor force quota and the investment intensity, according to the theory of systems engineering and "four according" planning theory. At the last, the results were used in the example of the Maji twons peach garden logistics center planning. And I got the rational planning of the logistics center.In this paper, three parameters frequently seen in logistics center planning are chosen and studied, thus drawing the conclusion to provide the reference for the planning and construction of agricultural product logistics center from the micro aspects. During the research, different methods are used, subdivide the content of each parameter firstly, and then seek for appropriate method according to the segmentation to calculate the parameters. Finally, by integrating these parameters effectively, the three parameters in logistics center planning are obtained.The construction of agricultural products logistics center in the local place not only plays an important role in reducing agricultural losses and decreasing logistics cost as well as helps to achieve the two direct selling distribution mode of "agriculture super docking" and "agriculture enterprises docking",but also can lead to development of labor force and economic in the areas. These three planning parameters concluded form this paper offer the reference for the actual planning and construction of agricultural product logistics center. The method of eatablishing planning parameters, also can be used to solve agricultural logistics center planning parameters with different scale and different business models.
