In twenty-first Century, the development of human resources management practitioners are increasingly involved in the enterprise strategy. Senior managers of enterprises are no longer satisfied with the human resources department of traditional, passive items, and they can offer and solve business problems about people, increase the value of the company. In1994the United States Institute of human resource management meeting, council president Gale Parker pointed out, re-engineering, restructuring, small change tide require human resource has become the strategic partner of the CEO, help plan, the implementation of organizational change.In this thesis, Yunnan "999" battery CO., Ltd as a case, to the strategic human resource management as the main object of study, from the analysis of human resource management, strategic human resource management theory framework, through the use of human resources management of internal and external environment of SWOT matrix, analysis of the impact of the internal and external factors and the present situation of human resource management, existing problems. The paper puts up some advices on the following aspects:the theoretical research, the strategy implementation and choice of human resources management and the state of human resource management of Yunnan999battery Company Ltd., according to the investigation of case studies. Finally, with the experience of enterprise’s onclusions, provide reference for the other enterprises in the strategic human resource management process.
