Study On Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensiifed Utilization In Zhoukou City

Urban land is the basic thing of urban social and economic development, and the level ofits use will bring town of different economic, social and environmental benefits. In order toachieve the overall efficiency of the city, urban land use inquiry, the urban land intensive is one of them.Strengthen urban land use efficiency, improve the level of intensive urban land use has become animportant issue, which is the transformation (shift from extensive to intensive) consistent with China’surban land use.Zhoukou city has much people and less land, and the contradiction is prominent betweenhuman and land. And it is in the accelerating development period of the industrialization and urbanizationprocess currently. The rapid expansion of construction land has led to the phenomenon of the serious wasteof urban land use, irrational use structure, disorder function layout, low level and efficiency of theeconomic and intensive use, and which has added contradictory between people and land consequently.Therefore, to carry out the evaluation of the urban land intensive use and improve the efficiency of urbanland use constantly is beneficial to the urban land resource optimal allocation and rational utilization, andcan promote the urban land use from connotation epitaxial extensive type to intensive type, and promotethe urban land use towards sustainable development.In comprehensive summary, in this paper, on the basis of urban land intensive utilization in Zhoukoucity for example, by collecting data, setting up comprehensive evaluation index system, using themulti-factor comprehensive evaluation method and other mathematical methods to study the currentsituation of urban land intensive utilization of Zhoukou city and quantify the level of urban land intensiveutilization, then obtain the evaluation results. Through a serious of research, we can get the followingconclusions: Firstly,the highest level of comprehensive evaluation index of Zhoukou City urban landintensive Use is Chuanhui city, followed Huaiyang county, Dancheng county, Xiangcheng city, Taikangcounty, Shangshui, Shenqiu county, Xihua county, Luyi county, the lowest is Fugou county; Secondly, thegeneral level of Zhoukou city land intensive use is not high and the efficiency of land use is low, and thereare enormous internal potential can be excavated about the urban land. Thirdly, the countries of Zhoukoucity have much difference in the level of urban land intensive utilization. Fourthly, the level of the urbanland intensive utilization of Zhoukou city is influenced by economic factors and the land input and output,which is positive correlation with the economic development. Fifthly, Social factors such as populationdensity and ecological factors such as city green coverage rate as the main limiting factors of intensiveutilization of urban land has a non-ignorable influence to the level of urban land intensive utilization ofZhoukou city.Based on the above research conclusion, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to the level ofurban land intensive use of Zhoukou city, mainly including the following aspects: Establishment reasonableLand use planning, invigorated the stock of land city, optimize using structure of city land, increase landinvestment, strengthen the construction of ecological environment, establish the city land intensive use ofnew ideas.
