Research On The Power Engineering Contract Management Based On The Knowledge Management

Electric power industry is fundamental industry economy of our country. The power engineering is a pivotal role in the industry development of the prerequisites of the national economy. Power system reform makes power engineering gradually marketed and legalized. Then be adapted to the request, and contracting knowledge management in economy era in electrical engineering will be necessary means to finish the introduction of power engineering project efficiency. Therefore, how to construct knowledge management system power engineering in order to help knowledge accumulation, application and innovation, as well as provide reference for the later engineering contract management, is the problem to be solved.This article elaborates the current research status of contract management both domestic and abroad, and then analyzed the present situation of Chinese electric power project contract management and the existing problems. Finally put forward that based on knowledge management we should construct the power engineering contract management system. In system construction process, the paper first introduced the theories that involved in the system, and then expounds the construction contract knowledge management system, and on the principles and objectives based is the system designed. The main idea of the design is to contract the knowledge in the process of management through the system, put forward the studying and applying of knowledge, by expert consultation library unearth tacit knowledge, and use interactive platform to share and create knowledge. Finally, paper summarizes several problems which should be paid attention to in the contract in constructing process of knowledge management system. This paper puts forward the incentive mechanism should be improved and shaping of knowledge oriented enterprise culture. Finally through R company’s contract management empirical research, paper expounds knowledge management in electric power project contract management application process. Based on knowledge management, this paper constructs a power engineering contract management system, which is a reference not only for the contract management of electric power project, but also has certain simulative effect for the enrichment and development of contract management theory.
