Company X is a real estate company with a state-owned background, having a very richsocial resources, but the company’s share of the smaller market share. As noted in thecompany’s five-year strategic development plan: to become the most competitive real estateagents in southern China company, and plan the overall listing of the company in five years.There is a big gap from the status quo to the strategic goals, the company needed to adapt tothe needs of the strategies found to enhance their core competitiveness. Integrated a variety ofresources to enhance the core competitiveness, the most important human resources.Therefore, the development and training of personnel are particularly important. However, thetraining of Company X in its infancy, the training system is not perfect, there are manyproblems. Therefore the establishment of a strategic-oriented human resources training system,to achieve corporate strategic objectives and long-term development has a very importantpractical significance.In this study, the basis of a large number of inspection and study of contemporarytraining management theory and methods, using a combination of quantitative and qualitativeresearch methods, analysis of the actual situation on the X’s training management system. X’sheadquarters and sales field personnel conducted a questionnaire survey, including the threeaspects of the personal information, training status information and training expectations. X intraining management system has the following problems:(1) the degree of attention of theleadership of the company for training, but not enough to provide staff with trainingopportunities, the amount of training is very low, it is difficult to meet the training needs ofthe employees;(2) employees of the company training courses opened satisfaction is not high;(3) training is not practical enough, poorly targeted;(4) less the assessment of theeffectiveness of training;(5) the company does not provide trained staff training achievementsinto favorable conditions single;(6) the form of training, it is difficult to raise enthusiasm.Deal with the problems, the use of literature research, expert advice and consultationand other methods, combined with the problems of training in X and X the company’sstrategic development plan to rebuild the X’s training management system, including thetraining needs analysis platform,training and learning platform, training support platform andtraining management and control platform. In order to ensure the smooth implementationtraining management system, but also for the implementation of the X system proposed somecountermeasures and suggestions, including to establish a strategic-oriented training concept to enhance training effectiveness evaluation, to strengthen training follow-up and counseling,and to enhance the learning organization of the building.
