Cruise industry is characteristic of diversity and rapid growth in the21st century, maintain a8%growth rate per year on average, cruise tourism has become the fastest one plate in a global tourism market development. Cruise tourism has great industry leading role, especially in the construction of cruise home port, it is a strategic choice in many strong coastal areas of the world, is the development of Marine resources, national strength, the effective ways to strengthen sea power. Across two regions in northeast Asia and southeast Asia, and China are both Asian summer cruise line starting port and destination, it is winter cruise line important docking stations, is to travel around the world’s airline, is being more and more attention from cruise lines.Cruising industry competitiveness at home and abroad were reviewed in this paper, on the basis of relevant research results, based on the cruise ship tourism, industry, tourism industry and regional tourism industry competitiveness of related theory and porter’s diamond model, build the cruise tourism industry competitiveness model, influence factors in this model, cruise tourism climate as an exogenous variable, have a significant impact on cruise tourism industry competitiveness. Then according to influence factors model construction of regional cruise tourism industry competitiveness evaluation index system, selection of mainland China has received international cruise experience nine provinces or municipalities directly under the central government for regional samples, using the factor analysis of nine regional cruise industry competitive analysis, the regional cruise tourism industry and operation condition is obtained, port service ability and level of regional economy, coastal areas cruise tourism climate index of four principal component factors.In the empirical analysis part, the article according to the cruise tourism industry competitiveness evaluation system, analyzes the hunchun towards the north, to the port of Russia, hunchun linked to Russia, Korea, Korea’s basic situation of harbors and sea lanes, hunchun traffic associated with domestic and foreign, hunchun in tumen river area and northeast Asia regional cross-border tourism the status quo, hunchun tourism and cruise economy. And then summarized the hunchun "borrow port to sea across The Three Kingdoms", international cooperation is weak,"" jammed foreign channels; Industrial economy is weak, the heart enough customers, distribution of inconvenience, local incomplete cruise service, goods supply ability is bad; International cooperation, cultivate customer market is not mature, tourism product integration strength small, inadequate market competitiveness; High latitude, annual average temperature is low, the tourist season, cruise season is short and other problems encountered in the development of cruise tourism economy. Finally, the article makes reference to regional cruise tourism industry competitiveness factor analysis index system and as a result, the combination of hunchun cruise economy development present situation and problems, from from the channel construction, regional cooperation and policy cruise, cruise market cultivation, tourism product optimization is put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to promote the development of hunchun cruise tourism economy, rich in hunchun tourism products, improve to some extent and jilin yanbian tourism industry competitiveness.
