The Endowment Effect Analysis Of Chinese Pastoral Areas Land Profits

With the further deepening of Chinese aging population, Chinese endowmentproblem becomes prominent, especially the rural endowment problem, because themajority of the elderly population lives in the villages in china. Countryside in ourcountry, land is the main source of life and the foundation of survival. At the same time,old-age security from land is a very important component of rural old-age social securitysystem, also one of the important endowment channels. And the same to pastoral areas.Land profits from pasture management is an important supplementary way, in the processof herdsmen pension, it plays a very important role. In this paper, the key problem westudy is the role that land profits from pasture management plays in the process ofherdsmen’s endowment. At the same time, in view of the herdsmen differentiationphenomena in old age, land endowment and social endowment linkage mechanism is putforward.Besides introduction, this article mainly divides into five chapters, the specificcontent as follows:Chapter1: define relevant concepts and introduce related basic theory, including thedefinition of the pastoral areas and land revenue theory, land endowment and elementsdistribution theory, land function theory, survival and labor fair theory.Chapter2: calculate the land income in the pastoral areas. Calculate herdsmen’sincome from pasture land management, and the proportion of pasture land income ofherdsmen revenue.Chapter3: detail analysis of the effect of income of endowment. First analysis ofherdsmen endowment demand structure and level, on the basis of it is the calculation ofherdsmen’s pastoral areas land endowment level. At the same time, compare the pastoralareas land endowment level with the not-pastoral areas land endowment level in ourcountry, as well as the comparative contribution of them.Chapter4: in view of the herdsmen’s differentiation phenomena in old age, tofollow the principle of labor fair and survival fair, this paper puts forward landendowment and social endowment complementary combination linkage mechanism.Design four scheme according to different situations, through empirical analysis, foundthat after the complementary combination, herdsmen’s pension level have been gradually converged and achieved good endowment effect.Chapter5: the paper finally works out basic conclusions, and put forward policysuggestions.
