Research On The Calculation Of Land Endowment Security Level In Hunan Province

Since the reform and opening up,a large number of rural labor force in China has gone out to work,the income structure of rural families has changed,the proportion of land income to family income has decreased,and the function of land for the aged has shown a weakening trend.Therefore,this paper takes the level of land old-age security as the research object,hoping that through the calculation of the level of land old-age security,we can understand the role of land old-age security in the old-age security system,and provide suggestions for perfecting the rural old-age system and the reform of the land system.Based on the theory of land multi-functionality,this study analyzes the contribution of land elements in agricultural production according to the theory of production factor distribution,and based on this,determines the income distribution coefficient of land pension,and then cultivates land and transfers land in Hunan Province.The actual income is measured,and the income of land acquisition is studied in combination with the actual situation of land acquisition in Hunan Province.Combining the theory of survival fairness and labor fairness and the theory of demand,the living needs of rural elderly in Hunan Province are divided into two levels: basic living demand and decent living demand.Using the calculation results of cultivated land and land transfer income,the rural land pension in Hunan Province.The actual level of protection is measured.Based on the rural old-age security system and the rural elderly income source and consumption expenditure,under the premise of balance of payments,the Engel coefficient corresponding to the well-off living standard is subdivided according to the year and living standard,on the basis of Hunan.The total income of the rural elderly in the province and the contribution of the old-age security of the land pension are measured.The results show that,when the statistical caliber is the resident population,the income of the cultivated land and the transfer land will increase year by year with the decrease of the population,but the land income will be reduced in the case of the change of the cultivated land per capita.The land income is low in the rural old age,the level of the security of the land is not sufficient,and there is a phenomenon that the level of the guarantee between the area and the individual is not balanced.Therefore,the land-based care can only play a supplementary role in the rural old-age security system,and the future conditions are mature,which can prompt the transformation and even cancellation of the land,and create the conditions for the reform of the land system.In the future,improve the land system and reform Only by changing the mode of land management,improving the efficiency of land use,increasing the income of farmers,and perfecting the rural old-age security system,can we effectively improve the level of rural old-age security.
