Reasonable introduction of talents, scientific reserve of talents, efficient development of talents are the important contents of human resource planning. Enterprise external environment, macro economic development situation, corporate strategic planning, enterprise internal management and enterprise human resource current situation should be considered in order to make an effective human resource planning project. An effective human resource planning project can ensure the enterprises realize their future development aim and have great competitive advantages.First, the thesis elaborates the relative theories on human resource planning, including the principles, contents, procedures and significance of human resource planning. In the third chapter, the thesis focuses on the macro economic situation, the relationship between society and environment, real estate market situation and the structure of employees and enterprises. In the fourth chapter, considering many factors influencing enterprise management situation, the thesis analyzes human resource supply and demand situation with Markov, Delphi method and regression method to achieve the balance of supply and demand of human resources. On this basis, a set of human resource planning project will be made to meet the needs of future development. The fifth chapter sets forth the implementation steps, control method and protection measures of corporate human resource planning. The thesis focuses on the research on human resource planning of HuiTong Real Estate Company. After detailed analysis and research, the author hopes to provide some constructive and useful suggestions to HuiTong Real Estate Company and find a set of scientific and reasonable solutions on the problem of human resource planning. |
