In the times of Mobile Internet, factors affecting enterprise core competitiveness have been changing significantly. Traditional industries have to positively embrace the internet for continuous transformation and innovation to survive and develop.In the Chinese mobile phone market, the competition has changed from product price to service quality, which highlights the competition of the service. The service department have to innovate technical service model continuously, improve the delivery service quality, provide persistent high satisfaction to customers and be adaptable to the change of outer environment.This thesis will make the technical service model of Lenovo Mobile for example, analyze its current situation, compare with main mobile companies, study features of customer and service, figure out problems as below. No effective knowledge management system; Single and inefficient solution channel for technical problems; No mobile training platform; Lack of intelligent technical tool. In the times of Mobile Internet, technical service should provide more application solutions in the whole life circle of the product, to educate and guide users; improve the consistency and professional of technical service delivery with service preposing, service mobility and service intelligent; lower capability requirement of service staff; design new business model and improvement solution; build all-in-one business model of knowledge management; build business model to problem solution preposing; establish mobile training platform; design intelligent technical service tool; Then the thesis will provide the detail solution of the knowledge management and solution preposing business model, mobile training platform and intelligent service tool; analysis existing problems, figure out problems of the technical service model of Lenovo Mobile; Meanwhile, the thesis will describe the design of new business model of Lenovo Mobile technical service and improvement actions in the times of Mobile Internet.At last, the thesis will give main conclusion of Lenovo Mobile technical service model study, with personal opinions and suggestions, and figure out the innovation, lowlight and prospect.
