Study On Time Management Of NMOS Project In Liangshan Mobile

Accompanied with the birth of computer technology, companies started to payattention to the importance of management information system construction. The earlyconstruction of management information system is just basically simple datamanagement, while with the rapid network technology development, construction ofinformation system has made great progress, the systems contaims more and morediverse functions.Management information system development is a long-term task, which must bedevided into several steps, including information system analysis, design andimplementation of the entire process, requiring a lot of resources. Although the buildingof management information system has experienced so many years, but there is still alittle failure examples in our actural work. At present, the problem of management ofthe construction project of information system is not a question of the technology, butthe question of scientific management. System project developers are often not wellcontrolled the schedule as the plan, which will result in low efficiency and seriouslyimpact on operation in a company. How to improve the effect of information systemmanagement, supply the management information system meettig the demands ofconsumers on time, and also let more projects can be completed within a predeterminedtime should be highly valued by the manegement staff.Project management as an effective management tool at present, has been widelyused in academic research and business practice already. Project management involvesnine knowledge areas, and the effectiveness of time management is undoubtedly animportant symbol of the success of the project management. Based on the theory ofproject management, especially time management and the existing research at home andabroad, this paper takes the Liangshan Mobile NMOS project for an example, studyingproject time management about it thoroughly, analysing and mining time managementcharacteristics and problems in the process of this project, at last proposing some viableimprovement measures based on the actual effect. All these work have a positive effecton the level of project time management in enterprises. Firstly the paper introduced NMOS project, including the characteristics and systemfunctions. Then summarize the basic theoretical knowledge of project management,especially time management comprehensively, and also analysis time managementmodel for the management of information systems. Thirdly, research about each processin NMOS time management carefully, which including decomposition and definition ofthe project activities, activities sequencing, time estimation about activities, formulationand control of the project schedule. This paper wishes that through the research abouttime management of Liangshan Mobile NMOS project as well as specific circumstancesfor implementation of management systems in-depth, the program managementmethods could do help for all the analogus information systems project in otherprovinces.
