| Telecommunication have characteristics such as: wide geographic coverage,large-scale users, changing demand, complicate process rules, range of products,intensive operations, and so on. It is important to respond to rapid changing market,and there are new challenges for service packages in telecommunications. In orderto comply with need of market competition, a lot of packages are designed by front-end,resulting rapid growth with varying quality. However, the rapid growth of number ofpackages causes some new problems, such as: Account Manager unable to grasp thenumerous packages, business advertising scattered, difficulty to explain the business,ineffective of marketing, difficulty to control such risks.To solve the plight of the marketing package of telecommunications company “Aâ€,we analyze the elements affecting the value package based on actualtelecommunications business. Combining thought of building a data warehouse,wide-table data are integrated. Firstly, evaluation index of package are established; andthen indexes are evaluated the by statistical methods and analytic hierarchyprocess method (AHP) using information of data warehouse. According to the result,good and bad quality of package are selected and structure of package is optimized.Optimizing package structure based on results of the assessment package, will helpus solve many problems of packages effectively. With the help of data mining,client’s targeted marketing can be improved, and so do efficiency and quality of service.In this paper, five sections are included to evaluate the package. Backgroundand analysis of business problems are described in Chapter I, and so do thecurrent industry-related research. Chapter II describes the basic theory involvedin analysis packages, and elements should be focused on to evaluate packages areshowed. Chapter III describes data integration process and feasibility of assessmentof package. Chapter IV describes an actual case, and Chapter V shows the results andfuture research. |
