The three operators in China all have had a full-service operation license since anew round of telecommunications industry recombination in2008. The fiercecompetition in communication industry has become unprecedented. To adapt to thecompetition,Meishan Mobile Branch explored and practiced piecework pay system forproduction line workers positively under the guidance of China Mobile and SichuanMobile, and achieved good results in the beginning.First,the essay has got an effective theoretical framework which directs MeishanMobile Branch to carry out piecework pay system for production line workers afterdescribing the present situation and the achievements of the pay system and pieceworkpay theories at home and abroad in detail. Secondly,it describes the compensationmanagement system which has been carried out since Meishan Mobile Branch was setup,especially the present situation of the production line workers,analyzes theproblems in the system in depth and clarifies the necessity of carrying out piece workpay on production line.Thirdly,combining with the key of business development ofMeishan Mobile Branch at present,it advances that the company designs pay systemwith achievements-oriented onproduction posts, uses master plan and carry it out instages.First,carry it out on the front post of VIP Customer Department and GroupCustomer Department (including Group Customer manager,director of the Center ordeputy director,business support post,Group industry Manager). The essay identifiesthe salary structure, piecework pay standards and piece-rate coefficient in thepiecework pay package and develops organizational security system and implementedsystem.Secondly, it develops Lifting scheme and optimizes the piecework-pay projectof the second on the front production line,part of market department(including thegrid managers,marketing managers,self-running halls salesmen, sales managers intowns) after the practice of first stage.Finally,the essay develops specific liftingscheme to ensure the overall promotion of the enterprise and the employee’s benefitsafter carrying out piecework pay system.
