Researcn On The Supply,Demand And Optimization Of Independent Innovation Policy In Zheiiang Province

"Twelfth five-year" period is a crucial period for Zhejiang province to speed up the transformation of the economic development pattern, promote independent innovation upgrading and improve the ability of independent innovation.lt is of great significance to speed up transformation of economic development patterns in Zhejiang province. This thesis adopts literature analysis, depth interviews, expert conference, questionnaire investigation, variance analysis, comparative analysis and system analysis and other research methods, and follows the research path of "policy supply statistics——policy demand investigation——policy supply and demand analysis——policy adjustment and optimization".Based on analysis on the supply situation of indigenous innovation policiesin Zhejiang province.and the basis of combing to indigenous innovation policies category (industrial policy, fiscal and taxation policy, financial policy, talent class policy, technology policy, and public service class) was taken as the basic dimension. With in-depth interviews and expert meetings, the system of independent innovation policy demand in Zhejiang province is constructed, and the questionnaires for indigenous innovation policy in Zhejiang province was designed, along with empirical measurement, which results to accurately grasp the needs of indigenous innovation policies (requirements category, content and demand intensity and demand order, etc.) of independent innovation subjects(enterprises, universities, research institutes, government departments,etc.) in Zhejiang province. Based on independent innovation policy and a comparative analysis of supply and demand, and research the independent innovation policysupply and demand relationshipof Zhejiang province,andadjust and optimizate the policy structure. This thesis is a guiding significance on theory and practice for correctly grasping the actual needs of indigenous innovation policies in Zhejiang province, understanding the indigenous innovation policy of supply and demand situation in Zhejiang province, optimizate the indigenous innovation policy structure of Zhejiang province. At the same time, the results of this research also have certain theoretical value and practical significance to deepen and enrich China’s indigenous theories of innovation policy and empirical researches.
