Enterprise Brittle Formation Mechanism And Empirical Research Based On Enterprise Gene

Enterprise is an important carrier of market economy development in China, bothstate-owned enterprises and private enterprises and joint ventures are main bodies drivinglocal economic, so the stand or fall of enterprise’s own development, the impact on theregional economy is significant. Brittleness is the important indicator that affecting theresistance strength when an enterprise is facing with crisis and risks, is the intrinsic attributeinfluencing the sustainable development of the enterprise development ability. To delve intothe influence factors of brittle, this paper compared enterprises to living organisms,introducing enterprise gene as the analysis unit, and make the empirical research on the brittleformation mechanism in the perspective of enterprise gene.At first, this paper puts forward the enterprise brittleness from the perspective ofenterprise life feature, the enterprises, as lifelike, when they defect in their own developmentor are interferenced, and the internal resistance can not defense the invasion of these factors,will show the fragility of the side, the growth of the enterprises will suffer, and enterprises atall stages of life cycle have motivate brittleness risk, and will restrict the evolution of theenterprise. The research of enterprise brittleness comes from the complex system brittleness,brittleness is refers to the character that enterprises are easy to collapse in outside attack, fromthe dialectical perspective, enterprise brittleness is the motivation forcing firms to improvetheir own defects, and under certain conditions restricts and hinders the development of theenterprises. IN the last section, this paper discusses discrimination and relevance among thebrittleness, enterprise crisis and enterprise health.Secondly, the paper makes an analysis to the brittle formation mechanism from theperspective of gene. From the view of influencing factors that organizational ecology andevolutionary economics affect enterprise evolution, this paper puts forward that enterprisesgene is the main impact factor of brittleness. Compared with organisms and genetic, thispaper determines the characteristics of gene and the concept of enterprise, enterprise gene isthe practice evolved in the specific situation and the development mode, it plays a decisiverole in the enterprise growth, and is born with replication and hereditary, reflects thefundamental traits, variability, etc. By building a model of enterprise gene, this paper analysesthe enterprise vulnerability composition on genetic level, includes: system gene, technologygene, culture gene and leader gene, characteristics of the enterprise brittleness: decline of business performance and employee satisfaction, poor execution and bureaucracy. This paperanalyses enterprise brittle path through the pattern of corporate gene effect, introduces gaptheory, and discusses the gap of gene replication, mutation mechanism and restructuringmechanism.Again, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper builds the concept model ofenterprise genes affect brittleness, and does an empirical research on the influence degree ofthe brittleness from the angle of genes. On the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper usesSPSS software to statistics and analyses to samples, and then use Amos structural equationmodel to examine the influence degree of enterprise gene to brittleness, finally it is concludedthat the model can better reflect the reality. Verified by empirical enterprise, gene has asignificant influence to the enterprise brittleness, but the influence is not identical to differententerprise, according to influence degree from big to small, followed by leader gene,corporate culture gene, enterprise technology gene, enterprise system gene, and analyzesdetailed degree that every element of enterprise genes impacts on the intrinsic motivation ofenterprise growth.Finally, through the empirical conclusion, and combined with the front theoreticalanalysis, this paper puts forward to the countermeasures and suggestions to guard againstbrittleness of enterprises in our country.
