With the rapid growth of economy in our country, Special environment lighting industryalso developed rapidly, and it becomes our countries’ manufacturing advantagedindustry. After the accession to the WTO, special lighting industry faces high competitionfrom domestic and international market environment after years of rapid development,however, it is the key to improve itself as enterprise culture of soft power, so as to realize thesustainable development and promote competitive strength.This article narrows the scope of the study to H Company. The main research includesthe current situation, existing problems and challenges of the cultural construction ofenterprise which is in a leading position in this segments of special environment illumination,and then it analyzes the causes of these problems, especially the lack of awareness of culturalrevolution, the founders get in the way of cultural change and the major changes in personnelstructure and other factors. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions topromote the enterprise culture construction, and hopes to be helpful for the similarenterprisesto perfect cultural construction in China..This paper is divided into eight chapters: the first chapter introduces the background ofwriting, the status of research trends at home and abroad, ideas, methods and innovation. Thesecond chapter explains the concept of corporate culture and relative theories. The thirdchapter focuses on the overall description of the company’s general situation,thedevelopment of enterprise’s Memorabilia, Organizational structure, human resource allocation,and carries on the overall description of industry development. The fourth chapter analyzesthe core concept of enterprise culture, the status of the implementation, and the embodimentof culture. The Chapter five analyzes the cultural characteristics from the elements andstructure, and then puts forward the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction.The Chapter six analyzes the reasons of the raised problems, and finds the main influencingfactors. The Chapter seven proposes countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.The conclusions of this paper: according to the situation of enterprise culturalconstruction, industry development and the H Company’s stage of development. This paperargues that there exists four major problems and challenges in the construction of enterpriseculture in H company, including the Core incentive condensed function abates, culture construction falls behind the cultural development requirements resistance and obstacles existin cultural change, cultural construction lacks effective means. After analyzing the cause, thepaper puts forward that H Company should improve and enhance from deepening theunderstanding of the dynamic evolution of the culture, enhance humanistic care, dilute creatorfactor and improve the incentive system, make scientific and objective evaluation of culture,strengthen the construction of enterprise culture management, shift the communicationmechanism, and improve participation and cultural construction, so as to raise the level of theenterprise cultural construction, enhance their core competitiveness.
