Corporate culture is one of the indispensable factors for modern enterprises to maintain their competitive advantage in the market.To ensure the effective execution of the long-term development strategy of an enterprise,it is inseparable from the excellent corporate culture.According to the basic theory of corporate culture management and combining with the actual situation and long-term development strategy of company A,this paper is aimed to diagnose the problems existing in the current operation and management of company A,and optimize the corporate culture of company A to make that the corporate culture of company A can provide strong support to the company's long-term development.And provide reference for other SMEs which encountered similar problems.The study found that although the overall corporate culture of Company A developed well,however,with the changes of business environment,there are also prominent problems of cultural conflicts among employees of different age groups,which restricts the long-term development of Company A.The main issues were as follows: the cohesion of the company was reduced,the system was in urgent need of optimization,the system execution need to be enhanced,and corporate culture can not be effectively communicated.Through the study of corporate culture related articles,this paper compares the growth background of employees of different ages in Company A,and puts forward countermeasures to solve the cultural conflicts among employees of different ages from the perspectives of spiritual level,systematic level,behavior level and physical level of the corporate culture.It also puts forward the safeguard measures of Company A's long-term development of corporate culture,to ensure the healthy development of Company A.
