Employee satisfaction is the enterprise staff to serve enterprises, cooperative team,engaged in the post and other aspects of the psychological feeling, which is mainly employeespersonal expectations and actual was compared between. Employee satisfaction is an effectiveway to understand aspects of work, working environment, enterprise development staff.Through the survey on employee satisfaction, we can understand their opinions on theenterprise, so we can take targeted measures, so as to improve employee satisfaction, to avoidthe loss of staff. Through employee satisfaction, enterprises can further strengthen the staff’ssense of belonging, improve team cohesion, so as to enhance the core competitiveness ofenterprises. Therefore, in the current fierce market competition, employee satisfactionresearch has the important practical significance for the development of enterprises.The introduction of this article first on the necessity of R&D project managementmodel for the elaboration, proposed in the background of the current competitive marketenvironment, the purpose and significance of this study, collected at home and abroad areintroduced. Some of the latest research results, put forward the research ideas and methods ofthis paper and possible innovation.The second chapter introduces the definition of related theory of employee satisfaction,discusses the composition of employee satisfaction, the measurement of the employeesatisfaction, and discusses the theoretical basis of employee satisfaction.The third chapter summarizes the current situation of G, and puts forward the staffsatisfaction survey purpose and hope to solve the problem.The fourth chapter designs the G company staff job satisfaction questionnaire, and theresults were analyzed and studied.The fifth chapter according to the results of satisfaction survey G employees about thecompany work content, work environment, work atmosphere, carries on the analysis to theexistence question and the reason, we found that G exists mainly on incentives andcompensation and benefits, employee satisfaction evaluation mechanism of diversity andcorporate culture and other problems.Finally, according to the principle of improvement of employee job satisfaction, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve employee job satisfaction of G company, is mainlyto improve the compensation system of enterprise.According to the private enterprise employees’ satisfaction as the starting point, carry outemployee satisfaction survey, statistics, analysis and improvement measures of G company.First of all, on human resources, staff satisfaction and other related theory in this paper;secondly, questionnaire survey on employee satisfaction of enterprise compensation level,working environment, team, corporate culture, enterprise development are carried out, and theresults of statistics and analysis, described the status quo, problems and causes of employeesatisfaction the enterprise; finally, this paper also employee satisfaction problems putsforward improvement measures. This study can improve G company employee satisfactionmeasures; reference for the same type enterprise employee job satisfaction; providing atheoretical basis for our employee satisfaction research and human resource management.
