With the rapid development of private enterprises and increasingly fierce market competition,the human resource management level of private enterprises has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.Especially for many small and medium-sized private enterprises,how to improve their core competitiveness through effective human resource management is an urgent problem for many private enterprises to solve.This paper takes SYYG co.,ltd.as the research object,applies the theories related to human resource management,adopts the literature research method,qualitative analysis method and field research method and other research methods,analyzes the problems existing in human resource management of SYYG co.,ltd.and puts forward solutions.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the main research content and research direction.Chapter two defines the concept of human resource management and introduces relevant theories.Chapter three introduces the development history,current situation and human resources of SYYG co.,LTD.In chapter 4,the problems existing in human resource management of SYYG co.,ltd.are analyzed in depth through questionnaires,field surveys and other forms in terms of human resource planning,management mode,recruitment,training,salary,incentive,assessment and cultural construction.Fifth chapter from making enterprise human resources management to solve the problems that exists in strategic planning,change the family-based management model,improve the human resources recruitment mechanism,build good human resources training system,and build scientific human resource salary incentive mechanism,establish effective human resource performance evaluation body and build suitable for the company's corporate culture etc.The corresponding countermeasure is put forward.This paper aims at the problems and countermeasures in human resource management of SYYG co.,ltd.and has certain guiding significance for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises,as well as for other private enterprises of the same type.
