Chinese Premier Li Keqiang in his government work report March 5,2014 stressed the need to strengthen economic cooperation and Beijing, Tianjin and the Bohai region. This major strategic integration of Beijing, Tianjin, will drive the region’s economy has entered a rapid development period, for as Beijing, Tianjin and the largest port in the Tianjin Port is undoubtedly a great opportunity.Tianjin Port in northern China as an important foreign trade port, is an important part of the Binhai New Area, is building an international shipping center in northern China and the international logistics center core carrier. Since the new century, the rapid growth in cargo throughput of Tianjin Port, Tianjin Port 2013 cargo throughput of 500 million tons, ranking fourth in the world; container throughput of 13.01 million TEUs, ranked tenth in the world. Its current total assets exceeded 100 billion yuan, employs nearly 40,000 people, nearly 70 subsidiary companies, including inside and outside the two listed companies. In 2012 the country ranked in the top 500 companies, ranked No. 399. As a world-class companies are moving towards large state-owned port, Tianjin Port has a wealth of experience in employee relations management, while existing staff management and corporate management have a more extensive research value.This paper summarizes the research on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign-related satisfaction on the influencing factors of satisfaction survey methodology and conducted in-depth research. And through questionnaires, chosen in the range of a representative sample of the Tianjin Port conducted employee satisfaction surveys, and the findings of a more comprehensive analysis of multiple perspectives. According to the findings of the current assessment of employee satisfaction levels Tianjin Port and Tianjin Port based on the assessment results of the existing problems of corporate governance among the in-depth analysis, an improved business management suggestions. Developed a suitable model for management of Tianjin Port, enhance employee satisfaction and ultimately achieve the effect of promoting the further development of enterprises.
