Abstract/Summary:
Human resource management system is divided into six modules, compensation management is one of the six big modules. A human resource management research of America found that salary strategy’s contribution to corporate performance was equivalent to the comprehensive influence of other human resource management activities. Experts also found that there was inherent relationship between salary management system and job stable operation. Therefore, salary management system has a huge impact on organization and staff.This thesis takes compensation system of JPE company as the research object, JPE company is a electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises, focuses on research development, production, sales and service of green energy transmission distribution equipment and intelligent power grid, The company has become the leading industry technology progress of high-end electrical equipment manufacturers through nearly20years of development.This thesis firstly discusses the related theory of payment, has become a theoretical foundation of optimization design of JPE company compensation system. Second, introduce structure of JPE company, present situation of human resources of JPE company and salary structure of staff. Analysis the oexisting problems of JPE company compensation system through the employee pay satisfaction questionnaire, lay a foundation for further compensation system optimization. Again, according to the basic principles of compensation system design and process, formulates suitable compensation strategy of JPE company, and then on the basis of job analysis, using the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of post evaluation, combine market salary survey, and design suitable compensation plan for different personnel of JPE company. Finally, in order to ensure implementation of the new compensation system of JPE company, taking on a new solution of safeguard measures and the preliminary evaluation.This thesis combines with JPE company’s actual situation based on compensation theory, the results has a certain practical significance to JPE company, the enterprises in the same industy also have certain reference value. At the same time, the company should establish compensation system dynamic mechanism of management, compensation system will also tend to be consistent with strategy development.
