Research On The Agriculture Development In Fujian Province Based On Agriculture Multi-functionality

As the process of industrialization and urbanization going on, the land for agriculture is being occupied. It is limited the developing of agriculture. So the problem of land scarcity has been highlighted. At the same time, more and more people going to city this causes the number of agricultural employees decrease. On the one hand, people pay more attention to the health, nutrition and security of food. On the other hand, people pay more attention to the environment protection. As for these reasons, more and more scholars research the transformation of the agriculture development pattern, appeal for exerting multifunctional agriculture.This paper uses Marxist economic theory as a guide, sets Fujian province as an example, bases on the data of Statistical Yearbook and combines theoretical method and empirical method to research the problem. In this paper, it sets the agriculture optimal output as the target, puts emphasize on the agricultural industrial structure optimization and upgrading. This paper brings out the spatial layout strategic of multifunctional agriculture development after analyzing the situation of Fujian province and the conditions and advantages of developing multifunctional agriculture in it. After poses the problems Fujian province faced, this paper orients the agriculture functions in Fujian province, then divided the district into four different function areas. Transform the agriculture function from product function into economic, social, ecology and culture functions. It also analyzes the influence the multifunctional agriculture gives to the optimization and upgrading of industry structure.Japan is the earliest country rise the theory of multifunctional agriculture. And it is also the country to exert it. So it has a lot of experience. This paper bases on the good example of Japan and then discusses the revelation to Fujian province. At the end, it brings out the practical measures to propose industrial restructuring agriculture, achieve agricultural optimal production and industrial optimization.
