This study was designed to analyze the impact factors about the flight attendants’ burnout byassessing theirs Occupational Burnout. And then this study will to explore the relationships about burnoutand turnover rate. The most important is to cause the attention of supervisor to improve the line workers’quality of work and to reduce the turnover rates.220flight attendants from a local air company were chosen to study by random sampling method.The study content included the Maslch Burnout Inventory to evaluate job burnout and Turnover IntentionScale to survey turnover intention.Using the software SPSS18.0to analyze the data in which the level of the test was a=0.05and Pvalues were two-tail probability. The study assess the current status of job burnout and turnout intention ofthe flight attendants by descriptive statistics and nonparametric. We will explore the relationship betweenjob burnout and turnover intention used correlate analysis.The mean scores of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment arerespectively (16.14),(10.8),(8.30). The proportion of mild, moderate, severe job burnout are respectively148/184.36/184.0%.The mean score of turnover intention of the cabin crew is12.29. The crews proportion of very low,lower, higher, very high turnover intention are respectively0%,31%,69%,0%.The rank mean score ofturnover intention one,turnover intention two,turnover intention three are respectively (3.870),(3.712),(4.261).
