The Applications Research Of Recombining Organization According To Flow In The Chongqing Mobile Company

This paper studies the Organizational Change(OC) of the Chongqing Branch of China Mobile Company with the idea of the Business Process Reengineering(BPR), putting forward an effective and feasible way that deepening the reform of Chongqing Branch of China Mobile Company by the way of BPR.On the basis of the present-day significance of OC, This paper analyzes the challenge of the enterprises from the social revolution and the marketing environment, and the new trend of the development of the enterprises. It points out that it is hard for the traditional enterprise to apply to the social requirements when the industrial society develops to a knowledge society, therefore the OC is the only way for the successive development of the enterprise . After comparing some management thoughts, it puts forward the OC with the guidance of BPR, which is an effective way to carry out the fundamental changes of enterprise , making the enterprise apply to the marketing individualized requirement, heat market competition and the development of science and technology.This paper briefly introduces the thought of BPR, and analyzes the background of the thought appearance, and sums up the characteristics of the new business process and the basic guiding ideology of the BPR. Introspecting the development of the thought of the BPR, it brings us the important enlightenment that we need to redesign the enterprise.This paper applies the thought of BPR to the study of the reforms of the Chongqing Branch of China Mobile Company. Firstly, it reviews and analyses the history and present situation of the reforming development of the Chongqing Branch of China Mobile Company, expounds the necessity of reform to present organizational system and business process of Chongqing Branch of China Mobile Company; next it identifies the key process of Chongqing Branch of China Mobile Company with the application of the BPR, making clear that the process of trouble disposal flow is the key process, and analyzing the available state of key process, finding out the problems existing in the process of trouble disposal flow , in the purpose of raising the efficiency, reducing cost and improving quality, has put forward the strategy of the restoration of the operating process of trouble disposal flow, redesigning the process of trouble disposal flow of Chongqing Branch of China Mobile Company. Along with the BPR, the organizational structures of Chongqing Branch of China Mobile Company and the persons in the organization must be changing. This article analyses this, and has put forward the idea of establishing processing organization. This paper has made a quantitative analysis to the rise of efficiency rate after practicing the BPR of product development by the way of IDEF0's model and the ASME, making assessment for the change that the OC with the BPR will bring.It is a complicated system engineering to realize the OC with the BPR, we need deep study from different respects, and the important thing is seeing the problem through " visual angle of process ".
