Unger the background of the significant transformation of modern enterprise management and the rapid development of information technologies in China, the re-construction of operation flow has been the hot spot that can not be ignored in the field of enterprise management. In the world, a number of famous enterprises have made great achievement by the re-construction of operation flow, and herein let’s take QH machinery factory as an example. Over the last decade of years, due to the powerful support from our nation to aerospace and our country’s urgent demands for upgrading equipment, QH factory had to finish the R&D and massive production of multiple models of products and simultaneously reduce new product’s development cycle by 50% as required, which was surely a great challenge for a machinery manufacturer, especially for its production capacity and processing management capability. Under such circumstances, it seems more important to optimize the workflow of processing management and increase the efficiency.Based on the special analysis to processing management workflow of QH factory and under the background of boosting precise production management and enhancing management innovation of operation flow, this thesis focuses on the operation flow of processing management, the core operation flow of the factory, and implement the research, analysis and re-construction to increase the level of the factory’s processing management. Firstly, this thesis introduces the researching background and its significance, including researching contents and technical route. Secondly, it discourses QH factory’s basic situation and its critical contents of processing management, categorizes the operation flow of processing management and generalizes the relevant workflow structure. The implementation of reconstructing the processing management is the critical content of the thesis. Aimed at the factory’s practical demand for the re-construction of processing management, the thesis develops a special managing software for processing workflow by using information technology, finally achieving the visualization of processing management. Finally, this thesis uses associated matrix method and Delphi method to assess comprehensively the reconstructed workflow of the processing management.Throughout the implementation of the operation flow re-construction of processing management in QH machinery factory. It is testified that the re-construction project can optimize the operation flow of processing management,reduce the low-efficient labor effectively,improve the managing level of processing management and finally ensure the finishing of R&D and production.
