Research On The Development Of Rural Chain Management In Jingzhou City

Chain operations in rural areas as an important part of the new rural construction,"Ten Thousand Villages Of Marketing Project" implemented by the Ministry of Commerce is to build a modern circulation network in rural areas in the form of chain operation. In a more mature urban chain management case, how to develop the rural market and explore to improve the level of consumption in rural areas is becoming an important part of the current expansion of domestic demand. However, the rural market is different from the urban market, which determines the development of rural chain operation can not copy the model of cities. Therefore, it must be based on the actual situation of the rural development according to local conditions and innovative in business practices, marketing tools and breakthrough. In this paper, we use the theory to analyze the combination of methods and practice analysis, focusing on the problems, advantages, favorable factors as well as the shortcomings and weaknesses around rural chain management in the development process of Jingzhou City to expand systematically explored. Part III:An overview of chain operation of Jingzhou rural development. Through the analysis of the data, we propose the problems in the development of Jingzhou rural chain management process. Part IV:the use of a SWOT analysis on the Jingzhou City, the development of rural chain management advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Part V:Conducted a systematic analysis of the measures of the Shishou New Cooperation Co., Ltd. to develop the rural chain management and summarize the experience of the company in the development process. Part VI:Proposed countermeasures and suggestions on Jingzhou rural chain operation. The conclusion section summarized the research results and pointed out the need to work on in the future.
