Research On Rural Tourism Destination Urbanization Of Metropolis

As the inevitable result of social and economic development in a certain period,urbanization is an important social and economic phenomenon to study in today’s society.Rural tourism urbanization, taking rural tourism as the main characteristics, develops thesurrounding countryside tourism of the metropolis from the Angle of green environmentalprotection, low carbon, zero pollution, which becomes the important direction of modernurban development. In today’s rapid development of global city system, as an important partof economic and cultural development, rural tourism has become an important power topromote the development of urbanization, especially in recent years tourism urbanizationproblems of rural tourist destination,such as the important influence in social, cultural andeconomic construction,have been widely concerned. This article mainly studies andelaborates on the theory and research of the rural tourism urbanization in metropolis ruraltourist destination, the influencing factors and dynamic mechanism, agglomeration andradiation of rural tourism destination, and rural tourism urbanization type. Changchun is thecapital of Jilin province and the province’s political, economic and cultural center, the corearea of the cross economic corridors in northeast Asia, this paper takes Changchun city forexample, analyses the development state，development strategy, development model, routechoice, and regional cooperation of local tourism urbanization, and lists rural tourismurbanization construction in many specific areas of Changchun in detail. The articlesummarizes the development rule of the rural tourism urbanization in Changchun, and hopesto promote the sustainable coordinate development of tourism urbanization of the rural touristdestination in Changchun.Based on the above elaboration, this article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and the research value ofthis paper, research status at home and abroad of rural tourism urbanization, the main researchmethod and technical route.The second chapter defines and analyses the basic concepts to the content; discusses theevolution theory of industrial structure and rural tourism life cycle theory in the process of therural tourism urbanization; and explains the recreational belt around metropolis.The third chapter carries on the analysis on influence factors of rural tourismurbanization in metropolis rural tourism destination from the space factor, resources factor,urban economy and the market factor, culture factor, policy guidance and so on; analysestourism agglomeration and radiation of metropolis rural tourist destination; studies thetourism urbanization of rural tourist destination respectively from the business type and location type.The fourth chapter is the development status analysis of rural tourism urbanization inChangchun. this chapter introduces the analysis of geographical environment background, thehumanities environment background, policy environment background, rural tourist market,and analysis of urbanization, the region competition and cooperation of rural touristdestination in Changchun.The fifth chapter studies the tourism urbanization mode and route choice of rural touristdestination in Changchun city. Implementing the brand strategy in Changchun, realize theupgrade from product development to create brand. Carry on the industrial orientation, modechoice, route arrangement of the Tourism urbanization in rural tourism destination. At thesame time, take the specific case analysis on urbanization construction in some parts ofChangchun city.The sixth chapter of paper summarizes the research conclusion, puts forward thedeficiencies of the thesis and the research prospects.
