It is the important foundation and support ofcomparative advantage and developing potential of the regional characteristic economy.SICHUAN PIXIAN DOUBAN CO,. LTD,a state-owned enterprise, is the authentic Pixianbroad bean technology enterprise, formerly known as the Yuanfengyuan,Yifenghe Sauce. It isnot only the leading enterprise for the Pixian Broad bean sauce industry and a factory withdemonstration standardized production, but also an enterprise with China’s intangible culturalheritage of traditional craft for more than300years. As a state-owned enterprise, SICHUANPIXIAN DOUBAN CO,. LTD, is playing an important role in promoting the industrialdevelopment in double rate, carrying out broad bean paste’s industrial clusters andconsolidation to the development of Pixian economy, it is an important and strong point, Italso plays an very important role and critical significance on fostering characteristicindustry.This thesis is based on the company’s current internal reformation and the externalenvironment of creating the billion industry. guiding by modern enterprise strategicmanagement and basing on the theory of competitive strategy and the core competence theoryof competition strategy, it analyses the company’s internal competition with using systemresearch method and SWOT analysis, value chain.Firstly,this thesis briefly describes the development of strategic management theory, thecompetitive strategy theory and relevant content, focusing on the basic theory of the corecompetence of the Corporation, pointing out the function and effect of core competence in thedevelopment process of an enterprise’s survival, and the enlightenment should be taken by thecompany, providing theory foundation for the behind a strategic move the Corporation of thefuture. Secondly, this thesis analysis the internal and external environment by using theanalysis of SWOT, five forces model and value chain. It also describes the development of thecompany’s basic advantages and competitive advantages, and deeply discusses the macroenvironment and the industrial environment. According to these specific analysis, this thesis makes plan for the future development strategy and do search in advantages anddisadvantages. Based on the above, It not only identify strategic positioning of the company,but also abstracts the new competitive strategy, strategic mission and objectives in the new era.At last, I’d like to make some suggestion in fostering the company’s core competence.
