The Pattern Of Land Resources In The Process Of New Countryside Building In The City Of Kashgar

If the agriculture is stable,the country is stable;if the rural area is harmonious,the country is harmonious;if farmers are comfortable,the country is comfortable.The basis of agriculture is weak that it needs to be strengthened;the rural development is lagging that it needs to be supported;the farmers are poor and weak in general that they need to be given aid to.Land is the physical basis of human existing and social development.With the population growth,the contradiction is gradually obvious.Therefore,how to use the limited land reasonably plays an important role in realizing the area sustainable development.Using land reasonably and making the land resource yield well are meaningfuLNew rural construction not only offers a new opportunity to the model of land use,but also gives a new challenge.It first introduces the research intension,research scope and research methods study summary and theories;it studies the land utilization patterns in home and abroad in the introduction;,then gives the result that land utilization need to be in harmony with rural comprehensive development in the process of new rural construction and rural land utilization should be intensive;chapter two finds out the characteristics in social and economic unbalanced development in different towns from rural nature, economy and society in Kashgar;chapter three investigates and analysis the new rural construction and land utilization in Kashgar and summarizes the existing problems in new rural construction;chapter four discusses the requirements that raised in the process of new rural construction in land scale,land pattern and land structure In last part,it suggests to make scientific land plan and new rural plan,increase the investment to public facilities,carry forward land circulation in order and use land intensively and effectively.This research can help elaborate the area advantages fully,develop the rural economy,increase farmers income and create a harmonious rural and urban developing structure.It also can improve area sustainable development theoretically and practically.
