Research On P2P Network Lending Platform Based On User Experience

In recent years, with the popularization of computers and development ofinternet technology, internet has become more and more important in people’s life. Itbrings entertainment to people, and at the same time, it’s becoming a practical andindispensable tool. Peer-to-Peer（P2P）network lending platform, which is a type ofnetworked private lending through networking, began to appear in home and abroad.Since it was founded, the P2P network lending platform, with its audit proceduresimple, the cost of borrowing relatively low, has been developing rapidly and showingbroad application prospects. However, most P2P lending platform still only focus onthe basic needs, such as the platform profit and investor’s financial security, and beindifferent to higher demand--user experience. With the advent of the experienceeconomy, more and more users focus on their borrowing experience, therefore, gooduser experience will be a key to win the final victory for P2P lending platform.First, this paper introduces the concept and element of user experience in brief,explains the differences and connections between usability and user experience, andelaborates P2P lending platform concept theory. Second, since the operation mode hasa profound impact on the user experience, this paper classifies the operation mode ofdomestic P2P lending platform, according to the different operation modes andcombining with the typical lending platform, this paper analyses its process andcharacteristics deeply. Then, this paper adopts the system usability scale (SUS)designed by John Brooke to investigate the user experience of domestic typical P2Plending platform and analyses the survey results. Then, cause the user experiencedegree is not high, combining with five elements of user experience, Strategy, Scope,Structure, Framework, Performance, this paper take user-centered design as basictheory and uses it in collecting user information and designs the lending platform.Finally, through the method of user research, user interviews, user test and website data analysis, this paper analyses the whole website operation data, and facilitateswebsite manager to improve the relevant content according to the visitor’s needs,improve the site conversion rate, increase site traffic, and optimize each page of thewebsite.
