Rural collective construction land plays an important role in the economic development of China. With the acceleration of the development of China’s national economy, the contradiction of the rural collective land for construction is also increasingly highlighted. In the context of urban and rural development, how to explore a set of reasonable and perfect land transfer mechanism becomes the research focus of academic. On the basis of field research and looking up large amounts of data, now in the context of urban and rural development, take Chengdu for example, we have researched the transfer of rural collective construction land. Specific studies are as follows:First of all, we point out the research background and significance of the article, and also describe the current research status at home and abroad on the issues of land transfer.Then, it is the related to the definition and theoretical overview, in addition, it also describes the relevant legal requirements and construction of rural collective construction land transfer principle of China’s rural collective construction land transfer.Thirdly, it focuses on Chengdu’s rural collective construction land transfer of the status quo. First of all, it describes Chengdu’s collective construction land pilot, then explores and studies the circulation pattern of the current collective construction land in Chengdu, finally expounds the essence of rural collective construction land transfer policy.Fourthly, the problems and causes of Chengdu rural collective construction land were analyzed. Fifthly, to the problems in rural collective construction land, we put forward policy recommendations to improve the rural collective construction land.
