After decades of development since the reform and opening up, China’s marketstructure and market order are getting perfect, with the synchronous frequency towardsinternational market being higher and higher. On one hand, this situation provides thedevelopment of the enterprise in each business field in China with a wider and betterdevelopment space. On the other hand, this situation complicates the internal andexternal problems to be handled and increases the essential factors to be consideredduring the enterprise development. Under such environmental condition, if anenterprise pursues to gain a firm foothold in the market, and achievelong-term sustainable development, it must equip itself with a set of developmentstrategy in accordance with its own characteristics, and conforming to the developmentof the market law of development. M Real Estate Development Company is one of thesmall and medium-sized real estate enterprises in Qingdao, Shandong province, and aseries of policies that our country has currently issued make M Real EstateDevelopment Company face increasingly fierce competition in the industry, especiallyin the process of competing with large real estate enterprise. Because of the limitationof various factors from internal and external conditions, its own survival anddevelopment space is desperately limited, and it is much more difficult for it to achieveeffective long-term sustainable development. In the research process of this article, itmainly focuses on M Real Estate Development Company as an example. The researchstarts from analyzing the present situation and strategic development of the M RealEstate Development Company, from the aspect of the present situation of the company,the topic of challenge the company are faced with, the lack of long-term strategicplanning, the lower level of company’s management level, unshaped core competence,and weak human resources management. And then the research continues to analyzethe competitive environment of M Real Estate Development Company from thecompetitive environment and its main competitors. Conclusively, through the restriction of property right mechanism, present situation of businessdevelopment, imperfect enterprise system, unestablished human resource managementand development system, and outdated performance appraisal way, the researchanalyzes the existing problems in the development of real estate developmentcompany, and advances some suggestions on the M Real Estate DevelopmentCompany’s development strategy and safeguard measures for strategicimplementation (adjusting the company’s organizational structure, perfecting rules andregulations, strengthening human resources management, improving the ability ofresource acquisition, and strengthening enterprise information management), with thepurpose to exert influence of security and promoting on M Real Estate DevelopmentCompany’s development in the current market environment, and set an example ofdevelopment strategy for those small and medium-sized real estate enterprises similarto M Real Estate Development Company.
