The architectural design industry is a technology-intensive and knowledge intensive in one of the industry, is developing rapidly in recent years. High requirements for architectural modeling and performance of market competition more fierce and owner, but facing the domestic and international society and, especially in today’s society, pay attention to energy saving, environmental protection idea, the architectural design enterprises have to consider the enterprise positioning and future prospects. Enterprise’s competition in the final analysis, is the competition of talents. So how to attract and retain outstanding technical talent? Thus to improve employee loyalty, maintain the stability of its staff, will come very naturally become the architectural design enterprises urgently need to be resolved.The author of this paper thinks that person-organization values fit is the deep factors affecting employee loyalty, employee loyalty can solve the problem fundamentally. To Nanning architectural design companies as research samples, through empirical analysis, to study the relationship between person-organization value fit and employee loyalty using correlation analysis and regression analysis as research method,and the individual characteristic variables. It can be concluded:(1) the staff individual characteristics affect significantly fit of person-organization value and employee loyalty;(2) person-organization value fit and employee loyalty has a significantly positive correlation;(3) person-organization value fit on employee loyalty have significant prediction. Then, effective management recommendations is proposed for employee loyalty of architectural design enterprises. This paper has more important theoretical and practical significance.
