Development Of Border Economic Cooperation Zone Vietnam

Nowadays, it can be seen that international backgrounds are peaceful, co-operative,and developments are common trends. Economy globalization, regionalization and diversification gives various nations successful economic and technical co-operation condidtions; however it also brings respectable difficulties and challenges. For the sake of maintaining development, every nation must allow its’ own economic entity to gradually adapt to the global development tendency. The development border region amongst the economic co-operation field play a very important role.According to the blooming of "diversification and multilateral", the Vietnamese socialist party, along with the nation’s government in respect to all kinds of economic communications, indicates that there will be a big push in the national economic development in the coming stages in order to move towards integrative policies. According to Vietnam’s special conditions, the spreading of the borderline includes finding reasonable mechanisms; policies that will promote the economic development; opening of multi-direction-all are of different hierachical economic entity and of very important duties.Nevertheless, the border development and economic co-operation zones regions in Vietnam in these recent years still exists many problems. In particular, Vietnam is, now, already part of the WTO within this present age. For the sake of being fully content with the new requirements following the new situation, full exploition of the potential and strengths are taken from each border economic co-operation zone. I, personally, chose the "Vietnam-China border economic co-operation zone development research" as a thesis topic and believe it to be a very accurate choice as well as it is a definite necessity in the actual economic condition nowadays.In this article I selected three Vietnam-China border economic cooperation zones for reasearch, those are:Mong Cai-Dong Xing Economic Co-operation zone; Dong Dang Ping Xiang Economic Co-operation zones and Lao Cai-He Kou Economic Co-operation zone. This article focuses on the2006-2011phase of the main data of the three border economic co-operation zones in the social, economic and development. In depth analysis in the mechanism policy system, the macro-management organizations, local government operation of economic and trade activities in these areas. And proposed the development of these regions to the2020stage direction and personally point of view.
