The economic complementarities between our country and Vietnam providesa good foundation for the development of the two sides. When a countryparticipates in international trade through the international division of labor, thecountry’s industry, population and cities will gather on a large scale to the borderareas closest to international markets, this is what Krugman, who said "bordereffect". Frontier trade in China and Vietnamese can make a "border effect" andachieve "rejuvenating" and riching.Guangxi Dongxing and guangning Mongcai are a pair of small cities on theborder between China and Vietnam, they connects with each other across theRiver, one bridge. Location advantages of the coast along the edge, making theneighbors a border frontiers of economic cooperation between the two countries.Since in the1990s of the20th century, relying on rapid redevelopment of bordertrade, Dongxing and Mongcai have made significant economic benefits,substantially increase in the living standards of the inhabitants, and also attractedforeign investors to join border trade industry.As an important part of the border trade workers, transnational traders areplaying an active role on the normal functioning of border trade. Based on thesurveys in Dongxing–Mongcai’s border trade about clothing, articles study onthe economic life of the multinational clothing sellers, and conducted a studyabout the concept of schemata. Article believes that the normal development ofborder trade is the result of time、geography and the right people, it can not besuccessful without any one. At the same time, the transnational trader is importantstrength to achieve the normal development of border trade. Under thebackground of rapid development of the market in the global economy, national identity on the business conduct of the traders is playing "delicate", and itsoperating activities showed a strong sense of economic rationality.
