In the rapidly changing market environment of the21st century,the formation andenhancement of the core competitiveness of enterprises more and more rely on humanresources.Human resource management has become an important guarantee for theenterprise development.Recently,our country’s Minority Areas are very need a largenumber of outstanding talents come to the fore,we need to form a team of professionalmanagers adapt to the development of professional managers.So what standards weselect and train of Minority Areas of professional managers,more and more scholars areattention and concern.The emergence of competency model provides an effective measure for theselection and training of professional managers, building the competency model ofprofessional managers in ethnic minority areas will help to solve the problems existingin the enterprise human resources management in these regions.This paper is dividedinto six chapters.The first chapter is mainly on briefly discussing researchbackground,demonstrating the necessity of the topics,and simplely introducing thisresearch ideas and research.So that the reader can have a general overall understandingon this article.Due to the professional managers competency result is the basis of thisstudy,Therefore, in the second chapter describes the concept of professional managersand competency model.The third chapter is to introduce a national professionalmanagers in the current situation and outlook.The fourth chapter is investigatingquestionnaire and analysis, so that successfully building a competency model forMinority Areas professional managers.In chapter five,author by way of applicating themodel to empirical discussion.Finally, in the sixth chapter of this article, the authorsummarize the whole and look forward to the further research direction.
