Jiangxi provincial expressway investment group co., LTD(hereinafter referred toas " Jiangxi Provincial Expressway Group") is the predecessor of traditionalinstitutions of Jiangxi province Expressway Administration People’s Government ofJiangxi province approved it in2010. Jiangxi Provincial Expressway Group integratethe province’s highway management unit successfully, responsible the work aboutthe provincial highway investment, construction, operation established state-ownedlimited liability company, it is a state-owned limited liability company whichmanaged the expressway investment、 construction、operation and establishment。How to establish a modern human resources management concept and use it to builda unified information network platform, How to use human resources informationnetwork platform support the provide decision and the implementation of thestrategy group, This is problems to be solved by the Jiangxi Provincial ExpresswayGroup, and also the purpose of this study.How implement the human resources information system effectively, how toimprove and perfect the human resources information systems, is the main content ofthis paper.The characteristics and innovation of this study is apply the human resourcemanagement theory and information management systems theory to the expresswayindustry of Jiangxi Province’s human resource management. This paper will analysisthe problems of human resource management informatization and study the currentsituation about human resource management and information technology in JiangxiProvincial Expressway Group. This research will propose the Human resourcesinformation technology program which can Make full use of the highway industryresources and meet the expressway industry development characteristics. The Humanresources information technology program can provides a new way for China’shighway industry (in particular, the nature of the Group), to design human resourcemanagement of enterprise information. I will also continue to study the new humanresources management concept, innovative building programs for the domestic roadindustry human resource management information technology work, and ProvideInnovative Human resource management information technology program for thehighway industry.As the author is limited and this study has some flaws, Please give some adviseand understanding, I will improve in future studies.
