Study On Science&Finance Input-output Efficiency Based On The DEA Method

With the rapid development of Hi-tech Industries along with a fast-changingscience and technologysituation, science and finance havebeen themost vivid factorsas a social productive force.Either science and technology has its character, orfinance has its attribute. Only by deliberating science-technology and finance’scombination on each interests, could they contribute to each other, integrate into eachother. As so far, sci-technology and finance serve as a major platform for regionalinnovation and economic and social development.However, in some respects, it hasexited several problems domestically which finance supports on sci-tech industrydevelopment.This article attempts to study and discuss the efficiency whichhigh-technology industrybacking by finance transfer into productivity.This article has mainly studied basic theorieson definition、models on build、solidevidences on research、suggestions on proposition.Abide by the whole idea of frombasic to theory and then to solid evidence.Through collecting and organizing datas,this article which is based on the qualitative research improves the theory model andprobes certain empirical analysis methods on sci-tech&finance efficiency.From theoretical side,this article,first and foremost,summarizes the definitionson sci-tech&finance and sciece-technology&finance current status in domestic andoverseas. Secondly,introduces Data Envelopment Analysis theory as well as itseconomic conception on DEA efficiency.From empirical side,this article is the point of penetration with financial outputand science technological input, firstly,this paper analyze our domestic presentsituation and specially the Jiangxi province on science-technology&finance.Afterthat,it establish science&finance input-output efficiency evaluation system andempirically study science&finance input-output efficiency domestically based onDEA (Data Envelopment Analysis)method.Then it classifiesthe science&financeinput-output efficiency each province and city in2010as five groups based on clusteranalysis method.In the light of index system,five groups are high-efficiency on paper、patent、 conclusion of contract、 almighty form and inefficient formrespectively.Subsequently in order to reflect each province and city differentefficiency,this article applies GIS(Geographic Information System)software intospatio-temporal difference analysis on efficiency of science-technological output andfinancial inputin2000、in2005and in2010domestic respectively.This article takesDEA and cluster analysis method as well as spatio-temporal difference analysismethod in the combination to compare Jiangxi province diverse extent asotherprovinces and cities and to analyze causes.Finally,Due to which confirm Jiangxiprovince among years different efficient situation,by means of DEA method,this papertakes Jiangxi province from2000to2010science&finance input-output efficiencyinto empirical analysis,especially specific analysis and research on Jiangxi among eleven years comprehensive efficiency、pure technical efficiency and scale efficiencyof science-technological output and financial input.To the end, It proposes somepolicies and suggestions to improve Jiangxi science&finance efficiency on the basisof results.
