| "Stakeholder" is a concept of management, established in the nineteen eighties, in the study of the sustainable development of tourism promotion was gradually introduced to the field of tourism, mainly discuss how to coordinate the interests of stakeholders in tourism development in the process of interest requirements, realize the benefit maximization goal.Began in nineteen seventies, the world began to put the development of tourism as an effective way to solve poverty, and in some countries and regions have made successful. Until1999, UK Department for international development put forward PPT (pro poor tourism) concept, the first direct tourism development and eliminate poverty directly connected, tourism has become a new focus of concern at home and abroad. Tourism in China started from the80’s of last century, some old, little, edge, and poor areas through the development of the local tourism resources, develop tourism industry road, promote the local economic development, poverty reduction effect is obvious. However, with the further development of tourism poverty alleviation, highlighted the problem more and more, the reason is the development goal and interests between tourism stakeholders are not coordinated, to a certain extent brought some negative influence to the development of tourism. However, the existing pro-poor tourism development pattern can not provide a good solution for this problem. So, on the basis of theoretical research summary basis, through the analysis of pro-poor tourism development model, introducing the stakeholder theory, defines the stakeholders of tourism poverty alleviation, analyzes the relationship between them and the benefit demand, resulting in a pro-poor tourism development participation pattern, and carries on the elaboration from in the main, role orientation, implementation, development goals, the operation mechanism of several aspects, and its application to the case. |
