Put forward the thesis research methods and innovations; Secondly through introduces the theoretical basis for classification of stakeholders; Again on the project profiles and project management process, and in the identification of Bin Jiang road public construction project stakeholders, on the basis of analysis and research the Bin Jiang road construction project stakeholders, mentality and the public interest demands, meet the demands of interests of various stakeholders and the perspective of conflict resolution are studied to establish cooperative partnership between stakeholders.
