The Security And Risk Management Countermeare’s Research On Tourism Enterprise

For a country, the tourism industry has a prominent position compared with other industries, either from the academic or from the practical point of view, its advantages and functions are obviously:for example, it has a strong correlation so that it can eliminate the impact of the international financial crisis as soon as possible to and promote world economic growth; its unique environmentally nature can make the scientific development come true and promote the construction of ecological civilization; with the national culture inheritance of the utility, it can develop the national comprehensive strength and can contribute to the development and civilization of harmonious culture in the world further. In China, tourism industry is also one of the large numbers of emerging industry that is rapid developing. Therefore, under this situation, to develop the tourism industry’s long-term health, maintain and expand its strong and vigorous growth momentum, as the directly carrier of a number of tourism enterprises’ development is very critical, and tourism security and risk is an unavoidable problem. At this point, Chinese scholars have made research more specially multi-perspectively, but until today is still stay at the macro analysis in tourism or tourism industry, research on safety and risk management of tourism enterprises from micro level are less and less, the theory achievement are rarely, formed the blank study area in this field.This paper describes the safety and risk management concept and its significance in tourism enterprises, sums up the relevant theories of risk management of tourism enterprises, and reviewed the empirical research of these issues; learning some international experience from Asian (such as Japan, South Korea), Europe and the United States’tourism enterprises and summarizes the the general rule and the useful inspiration; in addition, I made in-depth research on safety and risk management of tourism enterprises,focus on the status and analyzed the problems and the existence of security and risk management of tourism enterprises in China,, thinking about how to enhance the consciousness and the solution strategy of the domestic tourism’s security and risk management, and then puts forward relevant policy suggestions and safeguard measures combined with the tourism industry at present.In summary, according to find the problem, sum up experience, put forward countermeasures of the logic program, starting to explore how to hold the tourism safety management from the microscopic enterprise perspective, put forward some useful suggestions and guidance in view of the domestic tourism management ability.
