Study On Land Use Regionalization Based On Land Use Plan

The land is a kind of synthesis with both natural and economic attributes. Land resource, which plays an irreplaceable role, is not only the carrier of the social development, but also the foundation of human survival and activities. Land resource is of certain regional characteristics, that is, the effect of different people in the same land is different, and the effect of the same person in different lands is also different. Therefore, the natural characteristics of land, which has a strong connection with and social activities, lead to the regional differences of land use. So in order to pursue the reasonableutilization of land resource, attention should be paid to the regional differences of land resource. The compilation and implementation of general land use planning is way to ensure governments administrate the land use scientifically and reasonablely. In2010, the third round of land use planning is reset, and the land use zoning is the main component. In this context, the land use zoning serves for general land use planning, scientifically guild regional land exploitation, make full use of regional land resource advantages, and enhance the land use efficiency, realize the economic, social and ecological benefits, and accelerate regional social, economic, and ecological sustainable development.In this article, counties and the county-level cities of the administrative jurisdiction are applied as research units based on a number of domestic and foreign researchmaterials and methods by a combination of the characteristics of the area under discussion. as a research unit. For one thing, the land use zoning indicators are established through access to the data of tha land and its economic and social information, while the research units are further divided into subcomponents using methods of principal component as well as hierarchical clustering method. For another, with the GIS technology, the growth situation of the economic indicators are analyzed in various researchunits to revise its preliminary quantitative partition results. This combination of qualitative and quantitative methods can improve the accuracy of land usage at this area land, and also offer a new exploration for the research on land use regionalization method.This article take the Xinjiang Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture as the researcharea, the research on various aspects on the basis of the data, using a combination ofquantitative and qualitative analysis methods, combined with superior geographicalenvironment and natural conditions of the Yili state,and the Yili area10counties weredesignated in four comprehensive regionalization of land utilization,as Yili valleytown, industrial economic development zone, modern agricultural economicdevelopment zone of tezhao basin,Gong Ka valley comprehensive economicdevelopment zone and the city of Kuitun.
