Study On The Stratage Of A Thermal Power Enterprises Of Yunnan In The Situation Of Energy Structure Adjustment

In the18th CPC National Congress, the construction of ecological civilization is raised to new heights like never before. It requires economical use of resources, fundamental transition of resources utilization, energy-saving and cost-reducing, development of new energy and renewable energy.In the situation of national energy structure adjustment, thermal power project shrinks, while clean energy prospers. It focuses on the unique geographical advantages of Yunnan, takes "bridgehead" strategy and the"12th Five-year" Strategic Plan as an opportunity, proposes the business transformation and upgrading strategy of A ENTERPRISE, and according to the company’s internal problems, it formulates a series of safeguard measures. In the background of national power system reformation, opportunities and challenges coexist, as long as taking full use of enterprises’ advantages, grasping new energy development opportunities, rapidly realizing business transformation and upgrading, can new market be earlier occupied, and new economic growth be achieved.In a diversification and international view, this paper explores business transformation strategy of thermal power construction enterprises under the situation of national energy structure adjustment, it not only supplies guidance of the sustainable development for A ENTERPRISE, but also provides reference of the business transformation for other thermal power construction enterprises.
