Research On The Problems Remains In The Structure Of Rural Household Energy Consumption In China And Its Solutions

As China’s economic is fast developing, along with the accelerated pace of urbanization, the rural household energy consumption structure is undergoing great changes, rural household energy consumption reflects the living conditions of rural residents, for such a large agricultural country, the rural energy problem is an inevitable requirement of building a new socialist countryside, rural energy development impacts the construction of a new socialist countryside, impacts China’s social stability, has great practical significance for the realization of an equal socialist society. Adjustment of rural household energy structure should be expanded from three aspects:energy efficiency, clean energy and energy poverty, optimize the standard value of household energy consumption structure should be improve energy efficiency, increased the proportion of clean energy, and ease energy poverty.This article uses time as the longitudinal axis, analyzes the macro picture of rural household energy structure of our country and uses questionnaires and interviews from 84 rural families in Q county in Hubei as the lateral microscopic analysis, the comprehensive result of lateral and longitudinal data analysis showed that the rural household energy efficiency is relatively low, the proportion of rural clean energy usage is relatively small, energy poverty is very significant. The cause of the irrational structure of rural household energy include:the restrictions of natural environment and local economic environment; the lack of relevant subsidies, tax incentives, public infrastructure is not in place; the residents themselves lack awareness and knowledge.In terms of the rural energy consumption structure problem, integrating European countries’ measures in addressing similar issues, combined with the actual situation of China’s rural households, household energy consumption countermeasure can be expanded from the following three aspects:First, innovation management, improve efficiency; second, environment friendly, clean transformation; third, poverty eradication, energy priority. China’s urban-rural dual structure differentiation is relatively large, there is still a big gap with some European countries, while we learn from foreign experience, we should focus more on specific national conditions, proceed from reality, seek truth from facts.
