The Management Research On The Thermal Power Plant Production Preparation Work

In recent years, power generation enterprises were faced with the pressure of rising fuel costs, generating profit decline. Power generation enterprises must constantly improve production operation management level in the electricity market with increasingly fierce competition. In the current situation of power generation, thermal power plant needs to plan ahead in the project construction period, and completes the production preparation work to ensure that the new power unit can transit smoothly from the project construction period to the production operation. In addition, the thermal power plant needs to make the index of the new power unit achieve or surpass the similar power unit.This paper studied production preparation work management in allusion to the current situation faced by the thermal power plants and the thermal power plants production preparation work status. This paper was based on project management, production operation management theory and the production operation management theories of the current thermal power plants. This paper analyzed the characteristic of the production preparation work, the job content, the Production preparation plan system build and the production preparation work implementation. In addition, the paper instanced the JD thermal power plant to demonstrate the management of production preparation.
